Social media management for brands in the UAE and Saudi Arabia

We plan, write, design and publish your content every week, answer your community and report on what worked. You approve the plan; we do the running.

Most brands do not struggle to post. They struggle to post the right thing, every week, on the platforms their customers actually use. In the UAE, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram each reach more than 70% of the population. In Saudi Arabia, Snapchat and YouTube lead. In Egypt, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok each reach tens of millions of adults. A plan that works in Dubai often needs a different channel mix in Riyadh or Cairo.

We start with what your customers watch and what your business needs: footfall, orders, bookings, downloads or followers who become buyers. Then we build a monthly plan around it and run it.

What's included

  • Channel strategyWhich platforms to use, what each one is for and how often to post.

Platforms we run

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn. We recommend fewer channels done well over every channel done thinly.

Who it is for

  • Shops, boutiques and concept stores that need steady content without hiring an in-house team.
  • Cafés and restaurants that want more visits, bookings and delivery orders.
  • Game publishers and esports organisations growing a regional community.
  • Brands entering Saudi Arabia or the UAE that need a local plan per market.

How the month runs

In the last week of each month we send next month's calendar for approval. Content is produced in batches, so you review a set of posts at once rather than one at a time. During the month we publish, respond and flag anything that needs your input. At the start of the next month you receive the report.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How many posts a month do we need?

It depends on the platform and your goal. Consistency matters more than volume. We usually recommend a smaller number of strong posts and short videos each week, plus stories, over daily filler. The plan sets the number per channel.

Do you reply to comments and DMs?

Yes. Community management is part of the service. We agree response times, tone and escalation rules with you before we start, so customer service questions reach the right person on your side.

Can you work with our existing designer or photographer?

Yes. We can plan and publish content your team produces, fill the gaps with our own production, or take over production entirely.

Which platforms matter most in Saudi Arabia?

Snapchat and YouTube have some of the widest ad reach in the Kingdom, with TikTok and Instagram close behind. Our platform guide has the current figures for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
