This website is operated by HighGround LLC ("HighGround", "we"), based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we receive through the website and how we use it.
What we collect
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you send us a brief using the contact form, it opens your own email app, so we only receive what you choose to send by email: usually your name, company, email address, optional phone number and the details of your project.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits and page performance without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver work you ask us for. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing team@highground.ae.
